Battery Problems
The main problem that is initiated by the user is over charging which means if a cell phone requires 2 hours to charge the whole battery but if we left it for charging for about 10 hours so it will dry up the cells inside and damage the battery timing as well as it is dangerous for the hardwares to work properly.
The 2nd problem is the battery itself. What is it? It is that that battery creates problems that is taken into noticed by Nokia and they canceled the tender of buying more battering from the Japanese company who were providing BL-5 batteries.

1) Don't let it overcharge
2) Switch off the phone while charging
